The "Vjeverica" or "Squirrel" Hiking Club was officially founded in Kotor on February 20th, 2008. Even before formally registering, members of the "Squirrel" Club have been hiking together for a few years as an informal group of people enjoying nature.
The club focuses its activities on achieving the following goals:
- creating positive habits for leisure activities
- popularizing and development of hiking
- environmental protection
- participation in hiking and other events
- encouraging outdoors activities
- organizing events that promote hiking ...
Mountains that we visit regularly include: Vrmac, Lovcen, Orjen, the Kotor slope etc... and many others are planned.
